Using the skills and techniques taught in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) you will learn to find stability within waves of emotion and connect with yourself and others in a meaningful way, improving your mental health and wellbeing. Ultimately, the goals of this therapy include:
The people I work with may have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions. I also work with people who have been diagnosed, or are suspected to have, ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder. To seek support you do not need to have any diagnosis.
