You're here because you're looking for change, you know things can't stay as they are right now. Perhaps you have no idea where to start when you think about improving your mental health. Or maybe you're someone living in "quiet desperation", going through the motions of living and doing all the things you see recommended to help. Yet still things just aren't as you want or need them to be. 

Using the skills and techniques taught in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) you will learn to find stability within waves of emotion and connect with yourself and others in a meaningful way, improving your mental health and wellbeing.  Ultimately, the goals of this therapy include:

  • Moving away from emotional suffering
  • Increasing connection to yourself and having a clear sense of who you are and what's important to you
  • Reducing painful thoughts that we get stuck on and ruminate over
  • Being able to connect to others and build strong healthy relationships
  • Being able to ask for what you want or need and be able to say no confidently and assertively
  • To be able to think before acting, giving yourself a moment to consider the consequences and make a wise decision that is best for you

The people I work with may have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions. I also work with people who have been diagnosed, or are suspected to have, ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder. To seek support you do not need to have any diagnosis.

Services Available

The Mindfulness Membership is a new option available. Recordings of various mindfulness practices are available for members to access through Patreon. The link above will take you there.
